Having extensive Design/Build experience, Tim can put together accurate budgets and schedules to ensure a successful Preconstruction phase. With a broad range of project experience in Hospitality, Multi-Family, Senior Living and Commercial Construction, Tim supports our clients from Development through Project Closeout.
