Chad is responsible for leading teams in the execution of regional hospitality, multi-family and commercial construction projects while delivering an exceptional experience to clients, business partners and team members. He is an expert in all aspects of pre-bid design support, estimating, value engineering, hard bid, and negotiated contracts.
With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Murray State University and an extensive background of hospitality project management, Chad maintains a strong foundation in construction excellence.
