Who is Midas?
Midas was born in 2006 with a dream and a risk to flip a hotel. Midas is a people-first, purpose-driven, fully integrated real estate venture including Midas Hospitality & Development, Midas Construction, and Midas Capital. Operating in 12 states in the US with 1,500 Mighty Midas people, Midas delights in building great communities.
Midas Construction, initially known as MC Hotel Construction, was established in 2011 with a focus on building hotels. Hospitality has been central to our identity, and we have undertaken projects nationwide. In 2019, we rebranded to Midas Construction and a strategic plan was set. Today, Midas Construction operates as sister company part of the Midas Enterprise. We take pride in partnering with third-party developers and expanding our portfolio to include multifamily and senior living projects. Our mission is Building great communities in which we live and work. Our core business remains in St. Louis, and we are purposefully growing in Indianapolis and Dallas.
