Midas Construction, HDA Architects Complete 192-Room AC Hotel in St. Louis
Midas Construction and HDA Architects have completed a new 192-room AC Hotel in the Central West End of St. Louis. The seven-story building, which spans 94,300 square feet, is the first AC Hotel within the St. Louis market. Amenities include a fitness center, meeting and event spaces and a curated food and beverage program.
Midas Construction Begins Work on $47M Residence Inn by Marriott in Clayton
One of the first new hotels in Clayton, Mo. will begin rising from the ground this spring. Midas Construction has begun work on the $47 million Residence Inn by Marriott – a 12-story, 170 room upscale extended stay hotel. The project is being developed by Midas Hospitality. The hotel is slated to open in 2022.
Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County Hosts Work Day
Employees from Streib Company assisted LuWanda Jarmon, at her home under construction by Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County in the City of St. Charles, Missouri. In an outreach to Streib by Midas Hospitality, Jarmon’s employer, electricians worked to furnish all of the home’s electrical needs.
